Worth $50?

Found this ol' girl while scrapin' around a few shops. Pretty sure I can get it for $50. She's pretty rough, but the skip-tooth intrigues me, as I've got a '33 Elgin frame and skip-tooth chain ring sitting at home with no wheelset. Not sure the chain can be revived. Anyone have any ideas what brand?

It's worth quite a bit more than $50 in parts, but it's a bike that your average Joe on the street should be asking $20 for.
