Just picked up this frame. Other than the number stamped near the integrated seat post clamp, there are no visible makers marks that I can see.
The frame is obviously lugged. I can see pins inside the frame tubes where the latter interface with the lugs.
The bottom bracket is threaded. There is a flip top oil cap on the non drive side.
The brake bridge is round and not drilled.
The dropouts are rear facing and have braze on mounts for chain tensioners.
The paint inside the bottom bracket matches the outer finish.
I picked this up near Toronto, Canada.
