I just came across this bike it is a Ward Hawthorne serial number C03641, does anyone have any info on the year and model of this bike?

With the peaked fenders I'm thinking CWC made, and the chain guard looks just like the one on my 47 CWC, but I'm guessing, couldn't find a pic of that bike anywhere.
