I knew this place existed from mountain biking stories on the internet, but they were inaccurate- who's into history anymore? Well some people, but not most people these days. It's not far from civilization, maybe 8-10 miles. I rode up there today and was really happy I did! 100 year old ruins .
My mode of transport:
The previous visitors thought this was a house- No way.
It was a vehicle repair facility- and really ancient. The oil change area:
Parts department:
Damned earthquakes!
Early 30's- what do you think?
Ancient fan belt.
It's broken.
Brake lining- old school.
Build date?
Century plants, ha.
It was a good day, really enjoyed it.
