todo list:
1 install mechanical disc brake instead of the hydraulic one.
2 install an inverted brake lever
3 cut a wood plate and think how to fix it on the frame
4 get a friend to paint a roadrunner on the plate

yeah.. there's just a tiny problem, my gf would kill me if id snatch the other springer. the rat rod bicycle is hers favorite, she rides it almost every day.

I'm getting bored in night shift so a lot of ideas are going through my head. This is a custom shifter for shimano nexus. The stick is to shift up and the leaver to shift down.
