Your bike was made by HP Snyder (Rollfast was the house brand).
I really cannot tell if you have a 28" singletube motorbike or a 26" with balloon tires with this one profile pic of the frame...how is the spacing on the fork?
More pics, including what else you have associated with the frame would help fine tuning an id.
