Here I will share with you the process and result of construction of several forks, the forks will be aircraft-grade aluminum, machined and Exclusive :wink:
Materials, aluminum tube 32mm in diameter and 21.5mm,3mm wall thickness,flat aluminum 25mm thick for the triple trees,round aluminum of different diameters as needed,rods of 10 mm stainless steel for springs rods and a little bronze for bushings :wink:

Yes, it will be two very beautiful and unusual forks 8)
If you notice that the two forks will have a double set of lower springs,spring will be in the supports that are ready and can be seen in the photo,will be tips on springs, probably spikes ,and more :wink:

You are a lucky man if you have a bucket of these, I have to make them one at a time :mrgreen:
i have the ones for cloathing or whatever got like 40 or so of them 8)
