Luke I used a can of flex seal, Not sure how well it will hold up but figured Id give it a try.
I like the texture that gives. I bet the flexseal was easier to work with than bedliner paint too.
It went on nicely, Just dont use it where the wind can change on you.
Uncovered the head badge late last night.
PB Blaster to the rescue. Or maybe it was just blowing stuff up got me in the right frame of mind. Either way I finally got the s2 rear rim straight with out having to replace any spokes.
Now were doing some powder coating between shooting fireworks.
One bad spot on the sprocket from when it tipped over while spraying and I grabbed it and put powder over the spot but it didnt take. Powder coating the crank now.

Still need to powder coat the pedals. But had to see how they looked.
Got it back together and took it out for a ride. Still have alot of things to finish.
Was rather surprised how the powder coat held up on the sprocket

Hoping to get close to being done tomorrow brought it out tonight to show off to some friends then tucked it back in the garage.
So close to being done, Have to finish the friction brake and rebuild the back hub and it will be done. maybe a laid back seat post if I have enough time.

patch front tube- pinched a hole in it getting the tire back on the rim
fab friction brake then powder coat it and install.
