Built the wheels and got started on figuring out the rear braking. I think I have it sorted. So now I need to get a tab that I removed from the donor frame welded to this frame.

I'm just concerned about cracking the frame. I tried turning a steer tube into an oval with a vice and a sledge hammer for my RRBBO entry last year, and since I didn't heat the piece beforehand, it developed hairline cracks.I wonder if I could do the same thing with a vice? hmm....
