On the dropout there is something that looks like and adjuster screw i think. I havnt seen that before and not sure what it does.

Thats a great idea. on the first couple pic what are the holes near the pivot? wasn't sure if its a ball catch or make it adjustable?

on mine i used a set of handle bars and cut it off to get a 90. mine is a banana seat so its has more support than if it was a saddle seat.
