No idea but it is a girls bike

All i know is that its blue and a girls bike. I bought it with 2 other schwinns that are 68 and 74 so im guessing its somewhat that era. I know its not a schwinn and i can not find a single number on it yet. so far im guessing everything is original (at least the dust and dirt was evenly over the whole thing).

On the dropout there is something that looks like and adjuster screw i think. I havnt seen that before and not sure what it does.
