    TRADITIONAL The Resu-Trektion

The Before / After pics are key to giving the viewer an idea of what has been done. It's cool to see how you've 'updated' the Trek.

RRB BO 19 Awards and Prize Pool

As noted in the description, The OJ can be given to dirty RaTs and sophistic-RaTs. Of course, use of a faux- tina / RaT-ina always catches my eye!

Maybe just a tad of Zinsser Amber Shellac (or similar) on the white parts of the fork shroud to 'creamatize' it to the color of the tank color. Really like the HotWheels work and how it fits in! And the Rat Fink head badge is $$$ !

RRB BO 19 Awards and Prize Pool

Throughout the years that I have been involved in the RRB Forum build offs, there have been many prizes and awards of differing styles and natures given by individuals to other builders who 'have the stuff', in the sender's estimation. This can be a thread where you can offer up your own prize...

    TRADITIONAL Yard Art Revival

Great job bringing out and preserving the natural patina. Everything about this works together! I have to ask where you are located? Those curb stones are really unique!

I really like the angle of this shot! See if you can get one by this trail spot at that ^^ angle.

Probably get it all done in one concentrated hour. The key is to go for feel, not perfection of placement as far as the RusT-ina goes. Just think about where you see rust typically, spray on the mix and the sea salt, give it a little bit, keep spraying off and on for 15 minutes. Dab the areas...

I like how the reflection on the letters makes them look white in this photo.

I like the subtlety of the white on the HotWheels letters, and leave the guard like it is.

Cool build. You battled many odds to get to this point. RaT iT is! Faux wood RiM-tina works really well with this build. Dig the tape on the bars too.

@Wayne , you could create your own 'award' with these hub shiners! A few of us have created awards over the years to give out to our favorite builds. My OddJob Award ( aka The OJ ) is in it's 10th year of award-ance. And your work on those shiners really, well, 'shines' !

You could speed that up and have patina in minutes, literally. I did a rust-ina job on my lettering for Bel Aire Flow Shelby that was raw steel, which is what you have here basically. I'll post a couple photos and a description of the mixture / process. Before After maybe 20 minutes or less...
