The hub is dated 1968, 5 speed Missing the chain guard and other parts, but paint, decals and chrome are pretty good.

The Schwinn is a Cruiser 20" S.n. on badge 2571 Pictures with the Raleigh. Has the front brake caliper Weinmann, which is not original, the rear is Raleigh style. The cover of the shifter is broken.
