I would say most models in the 60's DIDN'T have headlights. Yours could have, but it could also have been drilled and added later. It's a cantilever frame so that narrows it down, some more pics and a serial number would really help.

Yes, sticky would be nice, but no, there isn't a "myriad" of headset sizes, but there's DEFINITELY a few. Try the BMX headset.

I'm slow, methodical, occasionally OCD. (I prefer patient and thoughtful). I use some of that 2-part 3M glazing putty that can be found at any Autozone. Mix the two parts and it becomes unworkable in like 30 seconds. Use a little less of the red activator and it becomes unworkable in like 45...
