    (MBBO Class 1) Space Spyder

Lol that's funny. Depending on the vehicle I get a bit annoyed by auto work but stuff like Mt truck and the T/A are fun to me. I hit the u-pull it junkyard a lot myself.

    (MBBO Class 1) Space Spyder

Theres still lots to do but its getting close to being driveable and thats most important. My girl picked the copper for the motor; its her car so thats the way it should be but its a beautiful color. Its one heck on a project if you know these cars. This is probably the only 1979 Trans AM with...

    (MBBO Class 1) Space Spyder

Update that should get me back to work on this bike soon. Got the motor and trans out of my garage and into my girls T/A today and the cherry picker returned to my friend. Most likely tomorrow will be spent trying to let my body rest & heal before work tomorrow night but my next order of...

(MBBO Class 1) Hot Purple Valiant!! ( done.. ) )

Looks good. Idk how heavy you are & how much torque your motor has but that could be interesting. With my 230# behind on a standard seat on my motorized bike if I was on a slight incline and went to take off the front wheel would lift off the ground if I wasn't careful. Another good trick is...

    (MBBO Class 1) Space Spyder

Thanks. At this point I need to torque down a few parts then get the oil pan and timing cover installed, bolt the block side motor mounts on and load the stuff up and go install it in the car. If I can get help I should be able to do it in 1 day no problem but knowing my luck I'll have to wait...

    (MBBO Class 1) Space Spyder

Lol that's why everything I'm actually working on is at home in my apartment. Unfortunately I need to do some heavy work on the space spyder and need the garage. The garage I use is my friends (about 1 mile from home) and that's all good but his landlord gets mad if I have too much in the...

    (MBBO Class 1) Space Spyder

Just wanted to let everybody know I'm still going to be working on this but have to get a few big things out of my way first (mainly a motor tranny & cherry picker) in the garage as I have no room to work.

TOOL FIXES! Bike specific or otherwise.

Good point Luke I always forget about free hub but then again I never keep anything that uses them lol (too modern for me) I think you hit the nail on the head I need a adapter for French freewheels.

TOOL FIXES! Bike specific or otherwise.

I've only ever seen 3 adapters. The most common one being the one I have. I need to get a different one for the suntour freewheel on my mbbo bike spacespyder as if I need it off again I will be Sol. Tho other style I've seen is on bmx freewheels. I'm sure there's others but I've yet to see them...

    Painting Lines

The clear coat is the trick I've been using for years. In fact that's how I did my super deluxe chain guard.

TOOL FIXES! Bike specific or otherwise.

They are cones or bearing cones. I've been thinking about making my own cone wrench for a while but keep putting it off and just making due with what I have.

Firestone girl & huffy boy muscle

Cool thanks. I'm guessing the Firestone was older as it should have had a rivited on head badge (rivits are still there). Been digging with the info you gave and finding its most likely 58-61. Thanks again. This little beast is going up for sale. The Sunfire will probably go up for sale...
