Actually that is an ejection seat. After a couple of launches they tend to not cut up while riding.:grin:

That hub is too wide for the front. You need a 135mm hub like the one at this Amazon link: Disc Hub

Every Electra cruiser I've owned were 1". If the stem is stamped 22.2 it is a 1" fork.

It will be interesting to see how this plays out. It was sad to see them buy Klein back in the nineties only to slowly dissolve the company. Hopefully that will not be Electra's fate.

Nick, just a heads up in case you are unaware of it, that Felt rear wheel takes a long push rod for the shifter. Most of the Electra Nexus wheels take the short push rod. Be sure you didn't use a short rod as no amount of fiddling with the adjustment will get it to shift right with that one...
