Another Heavy Duti build... Headbadge mounted

Are you talking about the clear in the rattle can, that has hardener and needs to be activated by pressing in the button on the bottom? I have used that before on other builds, and it works really good. the finish is super glossy, and hard, and almost looks wet. But at 20 bucks a can, I...

    Ratios

Yes! I built it as a woods bike, but it will be multi purpose... We have a paved bike path, and the national park here, has 45 miles of carriage trails, that are packed dirt roads... Mostly I'm trying to decide on the front sprocket, because I need to buy one, I can change the rear cog easily...

    Ratios

Trying to figure out what ratio to use on my klunker build... Single speed coaster brake. Trying to figure out front tooth number... Was thinking 40 or 42. There are plenty of hills here, but I don't want to spin out too quickly on flats... What ratios do you like? Thanks, oct

Another Heavy Duti build... Headbadge mounted

I got some kenda small block eights 2.35... I really built this bike to ride in the woods, however, realistically, it will see just as much pavement and carriage roads (packed dirt). I hope these work out;) I just need some handlebars and a front sprocket, then I can disappear into the...

So I had an idea for the headbadge. I've had this old schwinn headbadge in my toolbox for years... Painted it red... Then used a paint pen to paint the lettering and border... Just need to clear coat it, and attach it. october

Another Heavy Duti build... Headbadge mounted

It warmed up a bit, so I was able to do a little painting... Masked my red stripe with the vinyl tape... Then sprayed my antique white... I'm always impatient, and can't wait to peel everything off... I'm pretty happy how it turned out:) Still need to clear coat it, and may put...
