Loosen up the rear drop out screw bolts and take out a link, that will pull the wheel closer into the drop out making the gap go away. P.s. when doing this make sure you undo the screws pretty equally other wise your tire will be off set. Nick.

doesn't look all that bad. you could re-weld a bar onto the bottom tube and fix it but, finding the parts to this bike would be a pain in the arse. Hawthorne zep is the correct frame style. Nick.
