Clearcoat is on! Should be smooth sailing from here.

The paint is Dupli-color Perfect Match from Autozone. For years I've wanted a blue/charcoal grey bike and decided this would be the bike I'd try it on. This will also be the first bike that gets black tires. I don't feel that whitewalls are gonna be right for Leg Day.

Finally an update! Got it painted today, except for a clearcoat. This was my first attempt at a 2 tone paint job. I'm moderately pleased with how it turned out.

The red grips kinda threw me at first, but the more I looked at it the more I liked it.

Oh man, I put the wheel on and slid it all the way into the dropouts. It's aligned perfectly!
