    Handlebars are my new enemy.

    the easiest way to remove grips i find is a 7/8 open end wrench, side it up against the front of the grip and tap it with a rubber mallet. it will come right off. :D

    Anyone still have a card in the spokes still?

    you should go on ebay they have this plastic pipe that looks like a kirker header that bolts on your bike and it has a plastic strip that touches your spokes and the sound resonates through the pipe ! :D

    Backwards Forks, Grrr!!!

    i don't get it but i see it every day at the stores. on my bikes if you turn the handle bars so the forks are backwards they almost fight to go back the right way. i tried riding with them backwards and you know in a second they are wrong. i think they do it on purpose so you won't be tempted to...

    i use cheap fuel system cleaner like walmarts version of gumout it's like 84 cents and i put it in an old pickle jar and soak everything overnight. it works great. :mrgreen:

    thanks everyone i guess you answered my question now i will start my winter project of a 20 inch rat rod ! o by the way my seat post seems to be 21.1mm where can i get a long seat post? anyone got any ideas?

    glad to her from you again sandy i put new bars on my op also new grips, the chain was real tight but once i put some slack in it all my rear hub troubles went away. i want to change my seat what brand do you have on yours? also alot of people are saying it is tough to put a springer on these...

    wow! those are great bikes guys and i thought i was the only guy using 26x 1 3/8 tires they seem to cruise real smooth don,t they so much easier than wide meat, by the way where do i get 26 x 1 3/8 whitewalls? :?: :shock:
