just because of this thread, i went outside and put 5 speed mountain bike rims with off road tires on roadie jc higgins. and it looks awesome! then! (yeah im not done) i got the roadie rims of that bike and put them on my black cruiser frame, they look awersome!!! :mrgreen: ill post pictures...

figure out a way to do a double axle up front and make it a rover! hahha that would be awesome!

put a ww2 era footlocker on the back, paint it drab green, and crome all the little odds and ends, age the paint a smidge to match the footlocker and enjoy. :mrgreen: i might be biased by the footlocker and bomb box in my room

is there a way to do this in reverse? say a 24 to a m6 hole rim. thatd be great news if so!

and i had an idea. i know that there is a bike built for the auction, and everyone comes together and all that which is awesome (cause the bike is awesome) but what about building one to give back to someone in need for Christmas? a nice, new looking cruiser, maybe could have the sites sticker...

spent 30 bucks on the tires on my KRUSH bike, felt like i splurged when i put them on. haha, now i see that they were a steal

Re: chicken scratch (day 5)cain and crank ^^ thats the problem. i always ride in 7th gear, so this shouldnt be a problem, but unless you hold it there in that gear and ride with your free hand, it only stays in 7th
