Finally got a little time to clean this up. It's a 1969 Columbia PlayBike and very original down from what I can tell. Rides well, has a bendix redline rear hub, and a nice glitter style seat.

Went to the Addison, IL Bike Show/Swap a week ago and scored this Columbia and a few others. It's a Columbia Rambler Deluxe, seems pretty original and came complete with new White Wall Tires and Tubes. Plan to use it as my Summer cruiser along with my other Columbia Rat Bike.
