Just thought I'd share a few of the bikes we currently enjoy riding around. My most recent find. 1960s schwinn something or another? Ignore the green fork.. The original one rusted through cracked on the threads and also broke where it meets the legs. :( so for now a more modern schwinn fork...

Yeah I am not into the whole fenders and smaller tires. I do like the rear rack though.. I am trying to figure out what is the largest tire I could run using this older frame. I am def liking the tan 26x2.35 tires on the huffy nel lusso bike. Not sure if those would fit? But also the tan brick...

Yeah i used a 1.75 tube.. But the tires wouldnt make it so i slapped on a pair of crusty 1.3/4 tires.

So i need a 26x1 3/4 tire and tube? I couldnt get something like 26x2.25 or etc?

Well I started messing around with my old schwinn today. The tires are toasted! They are 26X1 3/4 and all i have are 26X1.75 tires laying around. They will not go on no matter how much i stretch, pull or twist. What tires will fit these wheels? Do i need some 26X2.25s or what? I never come...

I am into mid-school bmx bikes. I rode bmx from mid 90s-mid 2ks. I still get out and do some when I can. Late 90s huffy delerium and haro zi. Couple of schwinns I got from a local store. They ring me up every time they get in bikes.

My newest finds. His and her Schwinns. Just wish I could find the tank for the boys bike.

Recent find.

I would not fully restore or anything. Maybe new bearings, get rid of some of the rust on them, get some new tubes and tires. Just a little to make good for riding and enjoying nothing crazy. And they are listed as $45 a piece.. Plus the gas to get there and back. So I would be a little over...

Thanks, they are a little ways out from me. So I had no serial numbers or any other pics. What do you think is a fair price for the pair? I might be taking the trip tomorrow and would hate to make the trip and come home empty handed or overpaying too much.

I am considering buying both of these bikes. Only thing I am aware of is that they are schwinns. Does anyone know about the era these could be from? Not sure if skiptooth or not but they seem to be all original. Thanks a bunch.

Nothing special to you all but to me it is like gold. Had one in my arsenal of bmx bikes back in the late 90s. Traded equal amount of weight in scrap metal to a guy hauling it to the scrap yard.

Just need to do the kickstand, bars, fork and rims black and it is finished!!!!

Well finally we have decided on a final look. Used a seat from her old bike and the original bars from the stingray. We have also picked a color.. I can not wait to finish sanding it and get some color on it and some new tires.
