If you are really bold, look at designing a 3d print tank. That's what I am looking at. Trying to make it look like a teardrop harley setup.

Rethought it out. Just going to double up the batteries and go with a dc/dc converter wired through a block and relay for both head and tail lights.

Well I finally took the beast out, and had a blast. My biggest issue is living on a 2nd floor, with winding stairs.

I know what it is like taking on a "project". This is taking me too long to work on. I am also building this on a 2nd fl apt, with no elevator.

Well I hit a snag. The battery is too heavy for the box. So I will be mounting it on the frame.

Had to raise up the seat and handle bars. I stand 6'3". Hard to find the frames I need for my long legs.

Could also look at the Bafang mid drive. Have what ever gear ratio without too much trouble. Just be careful, the torque can be brutal on you drivetrain.
