    Traveling Custom Ebike Show.

So the distance might be a bit much right now. So any other ideas? And to be honest I don't know what this year will be like.

    Traveling Custom Ebike Show.

My current build. A few more additions are needed. Am close.

    Traveling Custom Ebike Show.

I have an idea for a moving Custom Ebike show. Riding from Rochester,NY to Buffalo,NY. Making stops at charging stations and hopefully having vendors there. Speed would have to be around 25 to 28 mph. Can only go as fast as the slowest ebike. All need to be custom builds. Still working out a...

    Ebike Battery Tank

Added note. Going with the 3d printed, so I can print more for later builds.

    Ebike Battery Tank

If you are really bold, look at designing a 3d print tank. That's what I am looking at. Trying to make it look like a teardrop harley setup.

    Motorcycle-style headlight, anyone?

Rethought it out. Just going to double up the batteries and go with a dc/dc converter wired through a block and relay for both head and tail lights.

    Electric Rat

Well I finally took the beast out, and had a blast. My biggest issue is living on a 2nd floor, with winding stairs.

    Electric Rat

I know what it is like taking on a "project". This is taking me too long to work on. I am also building this on a 2nd fl apt, with no elevator.

    1st build frame up

Now I have to figure the best way to build the box to also include the controller. Want to have clean lines

    1st build frame up

Well I hit a snag. The battery is too heavy for the box. So I will be mounting it on the frame.

New member looking for ideas. How would you convert my custom frame to electric?

Had to raise up the seat and handle bars. I stand 6'3". Hard to find the frames I need for my long legs.

    1st build frame up

Been working on this off and on. Biggest problem other than money is doing it in a 2nd floor apartment with no elevator. Urgh.. This is a Migargi frame with a 1500w hub motor laced into a 24 x 4.5 wheel. The front is a 26 x 3. There is a 203mm front rotor and a cable actuated hyd brake. One side...

Electric hub motor with five gear cassette

Could also look at the Bafang mid drive. Have what ever gear ratio without too much trouble. Just be careful, the torque can be brutal on you drivetrain.
