I tend to keep any speczd seats as they tend to be universally a quality well built seat and never had an uncomfortable one yet
Ditto. Everytime I see one (holy grail) in the discount bin at an LBS I'll snap it up and put it away

Everything looks tight to me, if it's ergonomics are right for you and you are going to keep it and riding it for several months and still like it I would invest in some quality tires, my friend that clocks 80 to 120klm in a day rides swears by the bontrager gr1 team gravel tyre, and yes they can be expensive depending on who selling them also maxxis high rolling tyres have always been the go to tires and if you have money falling out of your pockets then surly branded tyres are the mutts nuts

Agreed. I used those Kenda's primarily because I already had them. But they are foldable and not very sturdy. Also very low tpi

IF it all works out and becomes a long term steed I'd love to try some Surly Extraterrestrial

Have you applied any smellyalater to the dingle thingle?
I made up a wiggly stick while I was snipping them there stoppy cables and jammed it in the dingle thingy

Started playing with the alignment but realized I don't have any 3/32 chain

Hopefully soon. I'd love to shake it down this weekend when tropical storm PITA makes it's way outta here
