1" 1/8 headset adaptor for a 1" fork ?

anyone knows where I can get my hands on one of them adaptors please (online ordering prefered as I live in France!)

Yes they are pricey, but they are a better solution. I've actually used the headset reducers on my Nirve for mounting one of the crossbow monark forks, didn't have any problems but it is a bit of a kluge as far as solutions go.
 
a company called "problem solvers" makes head set reducers. they insert in a 1 1/8 frame then you get a 1 inch headset. they work very very well and are nice parts. they get my stamp of approval and i use them all the time. they are also very handy in frames that are a little larger than 1" because they can be tossed on a lathe and turned down for a nice snug fit.
