1929 Elgin Cardinal Value??

I'm thinking about selling my Elgin but I have no idea what to ask. It's mostly complete, but its missing the tank. Good shape other than that. I'd hate to part a bike like this out.. But i know It'd be worth more that way.

Right now Id say in the 600-700 range. If it had a tank 1000 easy.
