Why didn't ya take the dents out of the fenders while ya had it a part?
Cause old color trends not take pinging well I'm sure... Also, really no need on his.. :)

@pholTmonx is right 75 year old paint does not like being pounded on, I also believe that if you have a vintage bike cleaning paint and repacking bearings is a must. But unless the dents are really bad I feel like they add character and the bike keeps some of it's history, on the other hand I have a 1948 Schwinn DX that was hit by a car and had really bad dents that bugged me and I had a motorcycle shop reshape the fenders.
