A 1951 Huffy built Western Flyer - perhaps the left drop-out may have a serno beginning with 1H....
I believe that the Huffy Mainliner and Custom-liner may have shared similar features. The "Tank" models may have had less spacing (i.e., zero inches) where the top and 2nd tubes attached to the seat tube. Some old ads portrayed models with about 1" gap there (less tanks, I believe) identified as promotional or competitive models - did Huffy ever make a tank for this frame(?).
[Today, we may think economy models as the less-expensive, but then, the so-called "Economy" model had a tank].
 
The only place I found a serial number was on the seat post clamp....
