Rub hole in chain stay and dent in top tube behind head tube as pictured in last 2 pictures. $85 plus actual shipping. If interested please include your zip in conversation so I can figure shipping. That crank or chainring nick must be common with these Huffys. The similar frame that I traded to @Dr. Tankenstein had similar wear. It really doesn't affect the strength of the frame. He built his as an incredible bare metal build "Bareflyte"
