guy on CL had an ad for 2 red schwinn racers.
$100 each.
i called him this morning and he said he had one left.
i said i was interested and he said he would drop by with it after lunch.
he gets here, and i see the bike.
its got potential, but its not in great shape.
then i look to the back......3 red bands!
2 speed kickback!
its in ok shape. maybe its a little loose.
it is slipping in one of the gears.
i will try and work with it.
its got brand new 26 x 1 3/8 tires
the riser bars are pretty cool too.
long story short, i offered him $60 and he said sure!
he works at the bike coop and said he has his own warehouse full of bikes.
