Yes it is powder. Frame, OG forks, new springer forks, and rims for 40 bucks.

Yeah the black one was a steal at $150, then he lowered the price. If I wasnt broke that one would be in my garage already 8)

And that "Varsity" was on there a few times last year, guess it never sold it has the same pics still
