1st Ever Build!

Had a cruiser frame and forks for a couple years sat in the shed so finally got round to doing something with it. I ground off all the cable clips etc and most other bits to get the frame as smooth as possible with no brake levers etc. It has a pedal-back brake. Had a mate blast and dip the old paint off and wet spray it red, plus the masked off wheels spokes and hubs. I got a couple of off-white Fat Frank tyres and replaced all the bearings etc. Had odds and sods kicking about so built it up to where I am now. Kinda looking for a track bike or 'Indian' feel for it. Not sure what handlebars to use etc but in no rush. Not a super duper first build but I am learning! Cheers, Karl.

Well, almost done and pretty happy so far. Had an old Motobecane front rack which I stripped and re-painted. Not sure if I like it yet but am looking for a front light to sit on there.

I think the function of the rack serves the form of the build. It looks fine to me and adds a neat design element to the front fork.
