If I knew how to sew and had a sewing machine I would do it like a Motorcycle seat with some piping.

I like the curve and look of the third chainguard. And that raised panel on the front of it would be a great nameplate! Painted a highlight color maybe.
You are moving right along sir!

If not the Huffy CG then the third one for sure!

Not much done yesterday but I did get the handle bar cut down. With the 3 inches I cut out of the middle to bring the knurling together and 2 inches I cut off the ends yesterday makes 7" total cut down.

I'm happy with the results will get a better pic when I finish putting it together. And I will get one with a comparison to some standard size handle bar.
