Not sure who the maker is. Has a brass badge, but it is blank. Someone put Schwinn seat, pedals, and grips on it. Rear wheel is a double drop with ND 1/2 pitch, front is a s-2 style flat rim. Any ideas on year, pre or post war? Who made it? What rim is correct?
