Took the family to the state fair today. We only saw about a 1/4 of the fairground today.

Ha Ha...I wondered who would see that first...yes, fried butter.

The pic below the menu shot is my fried cookie dough.

The fried butter was pretty good.
 
What?! No Fletcher's Corny Dog?! The "She who must be obeyed" has decreed we cannot go to the fair this year due to lack of funds...we usually spend about $200 when we go. So I'll have to live vicariously through your pics...sssiiiggghhhhh! :cry:

Uhhmmm...check the dates, THE State Fair of Texas (the biggest and highest grossing state fair in the US) is in October. 8)
