2011 Ride for the Cure

Hey everyone. The 2011 Susan G. Komen Ride For the Cure is happening on August 6, 2011. If you are going to be in Michigan on August 6, you should ride! The 2010 ride was a lot of fun and raised over $100,000 for breast cancer treatment, education and research.

Classic bike riders and Rat Rodders were not representing at last year's ride. Hopefully I won't be the only one on the ride this year with an sweet old Schwinn. So if any of you want to sign up, here's the link:

Here's a picture of my ride that I am planning to use on the 97 mile route of the Ride for The Cure. A 72 Speedster.

I guess it's a little rough around the edges right now, but I just dropped the frame off for blasting and powdercoating--gloss black. I'll put up another picture when I get it put together.
