duh I just solved rear derailleur issues. It was just the cable bolt that was on way. :lol: that's what happen when I'm rushing and excited. For front derailleur, it's seem working but occasion got jammed between low gear and second. I would have to hook cable and shifter to test it. This is my first time work on multiple speeds without any knowledge.

Bad news today, I got laid off. I spent last night of work to made this part for chain jammed issue. I think I will call it. '' chain slider ring''. I used alum plate 6''x6''x.25''. It was cool for them tell me I'm welcomed to use their machines any night time though. And They want me leave my tool box here. They are hoping get me back in few weeks.
