28" York single tube/New Departure axle nut

Looking for one 28" single tube that will hold air (for display only as they say), preferably York brand. I also need one front axle nut for my 1928-33 Elgin with New Departure axle (5/16 fine thread specific to that axle). Let me know if you have one of either, thanks!
