3 Piece Crank Help

New member needing advise for choosing correct 3 piece crank set on a cruiser. I know there are several brands and sizes available. What would be best choice on a cruiser with a 3 spd?

It's just a frame as of right now. Just going thru assembly on it.

Haven't had much luck with BMX 3-piece cranksets alsways seem too wide for cruisers, but if you get one of these conversion kits you can use just about any modern 3-piece. Just an example in the link you can find them cheaper.

Hey Socal: That's the second time I've seen mention of one of these kits. So are the threaded insides for screwing in a cartridge type BB or is there some other gear I'm not aware of? (I'm personally using the BMX style kit, but I didn't even know they existed two weeks ago )

*Edit* Stumbled across the answer to my question, these screw into them, right?
