48 Men's Hercules Rod Brake, value?

I stumbled across it at a antique store, of course it needs tires, lots of wd-40 chrome work,seat, but front and rear rod brake,kinda cool, said he would go $150, I am trying to trade some man cave stuff for it, I just really don't know the value of these?

Last one I had was a Raleigh girls 3 speed with 28" wheels, good chrome though, paid $100 for it.

1965 Hercules - men 3 speed - 35 usd
1972 Raleigh - women 3 speed - 30 usd
I think for 150 you can find an english 3 speed in a very good condition with all parts original.
( at least here in OH)
