5/8 seat post shim for newer seat

Does anyone know of a shim to use on a 5/8 seat post for a modern seat? Here is picture of a Brooks seat used on a 5/8 post- Post #50 at the bottom of the page

Wald used to make them, dunno if they still do. Many old bike shops have them collecting dust coz they don't know what they are.
