That is a very clean bicycle. That style frame (Murray cantilever) was used on Jc Higgins bicycles old by Sears beginning some time in '61 I believe, and not on all models. Being that yours is badged "Sears" it was very likely made from '64-'67. What seems interesting is that while the framer is Murray, the forks appear to be Columbia/Westfield.

I've seen that style fork with that same paint/stars on a few different sears/higgins badged murrays, both men and womens. But either way, it's a nice complete bike that has survived very well! Like someone kept it in a bomb shelter and forgot about it til you got it!
