I started off with an original paint frame, fork & guard & added everything else. Had to do some modifying to squeeze the 24x3 rear wheel in. Had to stretch the rear of the frame apart, space out the sprocket so the chain would not rub the tire & cut a notch in the guard so the tire would not rub.

Looks killer what you do to streatch the stays? 2x4 or spring compressor...i love it the rear finder looks real good too...

2x4 got the job done

You should check out ndaway's video on using a strut compressor. I did it on my jet bike. There was enough clearance, but I wanted a little more. It was super easy and no problems at all. The local auto parts place rents/loans out the compressor.
