80-ish Schwinn Cruiser ID

Hi,

Looking to ID this Schwinn Cruiser frame I have. The rear of the chainguard mounts on the seat stay. It had the obvious weld at the headtube unlike the smooth brazing of earlier Schwinns. Oddly it has the serial number at the bottom of the pedal crank. ES80XXXX.

Any idea what year it could be and where it was made?

Pictures are going to be best to ID. Also look for a tiny number imprinted on the headbadge.

Headbadge gone, no number on head tube or dropoff.
