That's identical to the Record Ace my son-in-law gave me some years ago. I used to ride with a Raleigh mechanic who said the Tour de France sticker on the down tube was from 1978. He gave me some alloy wheels and that bike only weighed 27 lbs, still the fastest bike I've ever owned.
