It will be great if you can use the pair of engines for a V-Twin look. If you are willing to cut one in places it could work.
Also the Super Trojan name gave me a chuckle. I think I have seen that in the gas station bathroom vending machine.

They make a motor noise the motors are just for looks .I may change one out and use a Murray and one Marx motor ? It may fill the space between better.
 
The guard does look high in the photo. I'll have to look into that for sure . That would be helpful if I can bring it down some to realign the motors closer maybe .
