That's what I've been doing all week, riding my previous vintage builds and thinking about ideas for the RRB BO19 build!I'm going stir crazy waiting for the build off to begin. The weather was quite agreeable today, so I took a spin on Gerty to a few of my favorite spots. View attachment 263407View attachment 263408View attachment 263409
Love me a klunker build! Have a stash of all kinds of old skool mtb parts and such. Let me know if you have needs as the build progresses.So….. got a few cool project ideas.
I think I’m going with the straight bar and trying my hand at a klunker.
Also will probably break my rat rod patina tradition and strip this guy down and put on some fresh paint.
I don’t have a red-white and blue bike for patriotic events, so, stars n stripes on this baby:
I think it’s a 1933 or ‘34 Rollfast motobike

Epic cool bike! Can’t wait to see what you do with it!In.
50 Years.
A 1974 'Super Elliot' Australia made 3-speed trike. It's very rough and rusty - but we'll see what we can do.
Seat post is just resting in frame - I had to partly disassemble to get it in the SUV.
50 year old 26" wheels.

Thanks OJ. Got a lot of ideas. Regular Klunker w/ single speed. ‘Skinny Klunk’’ w/ gears…. Need to figure something on brakes keeping the original fork. Not sure what to do in the back.Love me a klunker build! Have a stash of all kinds of old skool mtb parts and such. Let me know if you have needs as the build progresses.
Whatever it is, it’s cool!
Thought so. That second one Skipton posted too, what a killer build! That's a CCM
