If it's the same one, it's the Mello Yello stingray lookalike that came out in 2010. They had the 68 or 72 spoke wheels I think and a generic lowrider springer fork, as well as a bunch of basic generic lowrider parts.

I tink COKE owns Mello Yello, but I think they were displays in retail grocery
