Baron finally done (Triple tree added)

Very nice...how close are the tires from rubbing on the rear stays?

1/4 inch on each side of the tire, it's a pretty wide frame.

Couple of hours after I got all the parts together. Forks had to be cut down 10 inches then the bottom bracket bearings came crushed out of the box. Once that was squared away it was just assembly. Thanks for the comments.
